Saint Louis Vacation

Once you decide to book your Saint Louis vacation, the fun has already started. Look forward to the time of your life.

If you’re tired of doing the same old thing on vacation, then you need to find somewhere new. There are plenty of places to choose from but there’s nowhere else quite like Saint Louis. A Saint Louis vacation can be brilliant for the whole family, and one of the best parts (especially for whoever ends up footing the bill) is that many of the main attractions in Saint Louis are absolutely free. See, that’s opened your ears already hasn’t it? Now that we’ve got your attention – read on.

Location, Location, Location

One very important fact about Saint Louis is that it’s just about in the middle of the country, so you can get flights to there from all over North America. It’s convenient from coast to coast, so to speak, and when you arrive in Saint Louis you’ll soon see that its location on the banks of the Mississippi is pretty awesome too.

Where to Stay

There are some great hotels just waiting for you in Saint Louis. Saint Louis Downtown is a wonderful mix of historical buildings on the outside, but on the inside, wow, luxury is all around. You can literally pay as much or as little as you want for your accommodation in Saint Louis, with some extremely luxurious hotels, perfect B&Bs and hostels which are brilliant for those on a budget. All are welcome in Saint Louis. There really are some great haunts (who said haunts, yes, some of them are haunted so sleep tight). If there’s a lot of you all wanting to stay together you might even consider renting a home from home, there are plenty to choose from and some of them can easily accommodate two or even three full families, including the kids and Grandma!

What to Do

This is where the fun really starts on your Saint Louis vacation, there are just so many great things to do, but some things you just can’t miss, it’s illegal (well, it ought to be anyway). The Gateway Arch for starters, well, towering at 630 feet high it’s pretty difficult to miss it, but you must also head on down to the Cathedral Basilica and see the 41 million mosaic tiles (take my word for it, it would take too long to count them) and, of course, you can’t take a vacation on the banks of the Mississippi without taking a Riverboat ride. There are short one hour trips, or why not really push the boat out especially for the romantic types among you and book a moonlight dinner trip.
